  • How do I access the courses?

    After signing in and registering for the Ilmstitute Academy membership, you will gain access to all courses via the individual course pages or the "My Dashboard" link.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Non-PayPal users: To cancel your auto-renew subscription, go to My Account>Billing and cancel there.

    PayPal users: To cancel, go to your PayPal dashboard *prior* to renewal date and cancel your subscription, or e-mail [email protected] and request that we cancel it for you.

  • I can't afford the membership fee, what can I do?

    If someone cannot afford to pay the membership fee, please click the link below and fill out the financial aid form:
